Under no circumstances and in no event will JET Cabinetry be liable for personal injury or property damage or any other loss, damage, labor, cost of repairs, or incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. In no event shall JET Cabinetry's responsibility to the customer exceed the purchase price of the goods involved. We reject any conflicting terms you may try to impose.

​JET Cabinetry does not provide installation, plumbing, electrical, flooring, decorating, or other construction services unless specifically stated in writing. JET Cabinetry may provide access to "recommended" third-party vendors for such services; however, under no circumstances shall JET Cabinetry be liable for the actions, work, or performance of these vendors. All engagement with third-party vendors is solely between the buyer and the vendor.

JET Cabinetry Policies

Inspection of Products
-
All products should be inspected for damage or shortages at the time of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for the final inspection. Concealed damage claims (issues found after unpacking) or order discrepancies must be reported within three days of receipt.

Damaged or defective products must not be installed. Assembly, modification, or installation of such products may void eligibility for claims. All items should be inspected before installation.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Once a contract is signed with JET Cabinetry and a deposit is collected, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

All sales are final; no products will be accepted for return.

Any adjustments or changes to an order are strictly prohibited once the order is confirmed.

Damage Claims Process

Any damaged or defective products identified during the inspection process will be eligible for an exchange of the same item.

All damage claims must be submitted within three days of receipt to: support@jetcabinetry.us.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Order Errors by JET Cabinetry

If JET Cabinetry makes an error on your order, we will promptly correct the mistake by issuing a refund or replacement for the affected item only.

All order errors must be reported within three days of delivery to ensure timely resolution.

Errors must be reported prior to installation and during the inspection process.

Liability

JET Cabinetry is not liable for product defects, damages, or property damage resulting from faulty installation, misuse, or claims made after the inspection period (three days from receipt) has passed.

Items purchased from a third-party or marketplace seller but shipped by JET Cabinetry must be returned directly to the original seller in accordance with their return policies.

Shipments Policy
Shipping charges vary based on the size and weight of the order and any additional options. A quote for shipping charges will be provided before fulfilling the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please inspect your delivery shipment before signing the driver’s release. By signing the release, you accept the merchandise in its current condition. If you notice any damage, refuse to sign the release, and call JET Cabinetry for any assistance.
Warranty Policy
Products offered for sale by JET Cabinetry are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed generally accepted industry standards. Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and handled under that specific manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. JET Cabinetry does not provide product warranties. Manufacturer warranties are limited to the repair and/or replacement of defective materials only and do not cover installation services.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
Many of the products we sell are covered under individual manufacturer warranties, which vary by product and manufacturer. Contact us to obtain warranty information for specific products. Some manufacturers do not provide a formal written warranty policy, and any warranty claims will be facilitated through JET Cabinetry customer service.
Warranties are limited to the repair and/or replacement of defective materials only and do not cover installation services.
Wood Products Warranty Exclusions

Natural wood characteristics, such as variations in color, grain, mineral streaks, and knots, are not considered defects. Wood products will expand and contract with changes in climatic conditions, and this is not considered a defect.

Finished wood products may exhibit color variations due to wood species, age, character, and exposure to light and climatic changes. Such variations are not considered defects, and new and replacement wood products may not match display samples or existing wood products.

Dispute Resolution

Mediation. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any controversy or disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement by non-binding confidential mediation prior to any matter being submitted to arbitration. Any such mediation will be held in Monmouth County, New Jersey within 30 days after a demand for mediation is made by either party by notice to the other party. The mediator will be mutually agreed upon and the parties will share equally the costs of the mediator and for the location at which the mediation takes place.

Arbitration. In the event the parties are not able to resolve their dispute through the Mediation any dispute relating to this Agreement will be submitted to final and binding arbitration as the sole and exclusive means for final and binding resolution of any such controversy or dispute. A party's failure or refusal to resolve the controversy or dispute through mediation will not affect either party's obligation to arbitrate the dispute and a demand for arbitration must be made in writing within the applicable statute of limitation period; otherwise, the right to any remedy will be forever barred. Arbitration will be governed exclusively by the Federal Arbitration Act and arbitration will take place according to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held at an office in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and both parties shall equally share in the cost of the arbitrator and any other associated costs. The arbitration will proceed before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator will be chosen in accordance with the AAA Rules.​ Each party further agrees that a party will not be liable for punitive or exemplary damages and the arbitrator will have no authority to award the same. The award or decision by the arbitrator will be final and binding on the parties and may be enforced by judgment or order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

Waiver of Class Actions and Jury Trial. The parties expressly waive any right to bring or participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative actions. The parties further waive the right to a jury trial in any action or proceeding relating to this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability in Disputes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JET Cabinetry’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the dispute. JET Cabinetry shall not be liable for any lost profits, personal or business interruptions, or special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

Governing Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any mediation, arbitration, or legal proceeding shall be conducted exclusively in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The parties agree that New Jersey courts shall have jurisdiction for purposes of enforcing arbitration awards or injunctive relief.

Indemnification. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JET Cabinetry, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Customer’s misuse, improper installation, modification, or breach of this Agreement.

Force Majeure. JET Cabinetry shall not be liable or deemed in default for any delay or failure in performance resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

Statute of Limitations. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim or it shall be forever barred.

The signature warrants that all information appearing on this form is true and correct. In consideration of Garden State Cabinets LLC, or any related company accepting payments from the above-named customer outlined in the contract/proposal, I (we, the buyer) hereby personally guarantee payment and collection of all checks, both personal or company, and agree to pay any delinquent balances, services charges, and cost of collection of such amounts.
Acceptance of the JET Cabinetry proposal is a binding contract between all parties. If any provision of this agreement is declared invalid by any tribunal, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall not be affected thereby. Signing the proposal with JET Cabinetry constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or communications, whether oral or written. No amendment shall be valid unless in writing and signed by JET Cabinetry.
